We are very much looking forward to welcoming you all next week for the Christmas performances.

In order to keep our visitors, pupils and staff safe, please read the following information:

  1. Hand sanitiser will be available for visitors to use upon arrival and before leaving
  2. Please could all visitors enter school via the main gate and walk through the staff car park to the hall doors at the rear of the building.  Staff will be available to direct you.
  3. Gates will not open until 5 minutes before the performances
  4. Visitors are required to wear face masks during the performance
  5. Visitors are requested to remain seated throughout the performance
  6. To maximise ventilation, the hall windows and doors will be kept open during the performances
  7. Audience numbers are limited to 80 per performance
  8. Staff will wear face coverings where possible, but in order to communicate effectively with pupils these are likely to be removed at times
  9. Children will be seated when visitors arrive and will remain seated until visitors have left.
  10. Staff will take individual photos of pupils to send home

Please refrain from taking photos or videos of your child.  We have several pupils in school whose identity cannot be shared in public, particularly on social media.   Staff will take individual photos of all children with a part to play in the nativity and we will also post a selection of photos on the website and Facebook page.   Thank you for your understanding and support.
